Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Responsible for sales development in own territory with target, hunting more potential Key Accounts.
负责目标区域内的业务开发工作,寻找更多潜在的大客户。
2. Set up proper business development strategy for prospects.
为实现销售发展目标,制定销售发展策略
3. Required by BD team, should complete the monthly target on new-customer visit, e.g. 32 new customers' visits per month。
按BD团队要求, 每月需按时完成新客户拜访指标,如: 一个月32家新客户。
4. For individual KPI settings on sales growth and new business new sales volume, monthly and quarterly targets need to be fulfilled on time, annual total sales volume should be over 4 million RMB.
针对个人KPI中设定的销售额增长和新业务新销售额的获取,需要每月每季度按时完成指标,全年销售额需达到400万以上。
5. Identify and create business opportunities and lead further process.
识别和创造商业机会,并领导进一步的流程
6. Promote company to customers and build/maintain customer relationship.
向客户推广公司,建立/维护客户关系。
7. Monitor and ensure to update related system in time with efficient follow-up. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals.
监控、确保及时更新相关系统并进行有效跟进,跟踪和记录客户活动,帮助完成交易
8. Coordination with other teams to make business success.
与其他团队合作,取得业务成功
9. Lead new business development in cooperation with K&K HQ and other related functions.
与K&K总部和其他相关部门合作,领导新业务的发展
10. To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn it into increased business.
通过网络、陌生电话、广告或其他方式从潜在客户那里获得信息,并将其转化为更多的业务
11. To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with K&K. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging business network.
制定合理的计划和方法,以说服潜在客户与K&K达成交易。通过发展、维护和利用商业网络来满足潜在客户。
12. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

13. Work with team to develop E-logistics solutions that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
与团队合作,制定符合客户需求、关注和目标的智能物流解决方案
14. Frequent travelling in China region.

15. Follow up instruction from the supervisor.

Qualifications 职位要求
1. College’s degree or above, major related Business preferred.
大专或以上学历,商务相关专业优先
2. Minimum 2 year’s sales experience in multinational company with Automotive industry hardware background.
不少于2年的汽车行业五金件销售经验
3. Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.
熟悉小型零件和工业标准者优先(DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…)
4. Experience of business development towards international company.
具有跨国公司业务拓展经验
5. Strong business mindset and intelligent analysis in the market.
