Main mission of the role will be:
Generate high-quality, sales-qualified leads through targeted outbound outreach to new companies in the Chinese market, which Horizons has not previously engaged with.
Successfully transition these sales-qualified leads (SQL) into viable opportunities and closed deals, in collaboration with the respective Account Executives.

Key responsibilities:
Actively prospect into strategic business accounts in China through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media strategies to generate sales leads that will evolve into opportunities and successful business closures.
Rigorously qualify leads using our tailored BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) process, ensuring a seamless handover to the regional Account Executive.
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in Horizons EOR & Employment Solutions, educating leads through various communication campaigns tailored to the Chinese market.
Develop and implement creative strategies and communication sequences specifically designed to engage decision-makers in Chinese businesses, with the aim of booking sales appointments and positively influencing company revenue.
Contribute to the formulation and refinement of the outbound sales strategy for the China region, in close collaboration with team leads, drawing from your outbound outreach experiences and ongoing learning.
Maintain high-quality data management of customers and prospects in our CRM, documenting all relevant activities and developments.
Consistently meet or exceed your quarterly targets by adhering to agreed-upon KPIs.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a technology company and with a focus on the Chinese market.
Proactive nature, capable of swiftly resolving problems and demonstrating a sense of urgency.
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable in engaging prospects through calls, writing compelling emails, and crafting effective communication sequences.
Eagerness to initiate phone calls and a fearless approach to cold-calling potential Chinese clients.
A relentless drive to cultivate and strengthen relationships.
A proven track record of exceeding quotas in previous roles.
Recognized for high energy and enthusiasm, positively influencing team dynamics.
Success-driven, with a positive attitude, commitment, and self-initiative.
Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with good English language skill.
