Deploys and leads the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including creating a
culture of continuous learning and improvement. Mentors and coaches teams to achieve operational excellence
and drive improved results. Leads programs and projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
Your responsibilities
Deploys and leads strategy and objectives of the local organization to deliver the improvement framework in collaboration
with local Operations team and business leaders.
Fosters awareness and commitment regarding continuous improvement at local management level.
Identifies and works to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous
improvement initiatives and oversees cases of conflicting priorities.
Promotes and leads improvement programs and projects within their own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba)
and problem-solving approach.
Leads a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local
organization.
Provides guidance and support towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels,
activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.
Enables performance management at local unit with target setting and follow-up processes based on clear Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quantified facts.
Your background
Lean manufacturing background or six sigma certification, prefer Black Belt.
Senior PJ management experience.
Good Cross Dept. cooperation & communication &Coordination Skill
English as the working language
