岗位职责:
1.       According to monthly production schedule (MPS), arrange weekly production plan.  Adjust weekly and daily production target and ensure fulfilling production task and sales plan based on customer's requirement and inventory level.
2.       Handle sales orders for all customers  and keep all the orders fulfilled on time.
3.       Material Management includes PO release/ tracking and supplier management.
4.       Keep good relationship with all departments and department inside. Feedback difficulties in contacting and planning critical issues to Senior Planner timely.
5.       Follow up production output for each product, update production daily, weekly and monthly report.
6.       Responsible for issuing work order in JDE system  and close overdue WO timely.
7.       Strictly follow company's SOP on this position, check and give its feedback.
8.       Meet Baxter's EHS and GMP requirements.
9.       Complete annual Performance Objective and other missions required by manager.

岗位要求:
1.     Bachelor's degree, and 3 years' relevant work experience.
2.     Having basic knowledge about MRP/MRPII.
3.     Good skills in English, PC & Communication.
4.     Know well about production procedure, BOM and relevant details.
5.     Be familiar with ERP system application.
