KEY RESPONSIBILITY 主要职责 ：

1、 Coordinate and expand the project in the automobile industry
在汽车行业协调及拓展工程项目
2、 Analysis customer’s enquiry and coordinate the whole bid process from the aspects of technical
从技术方面分析客户询价以及协调整个报价过程
3、 Prepare presentations about project product content and quotation and expression in front of the customer about the project details
准备关于项目产品内容及报价的演示文稿，在顾客面前进行演讲以及项目相关的细节说明
4、 Set up project organization and clarify team members’ responsibility. Make timing schedule according to project milestone and plan the detail work under each project period.
组织项目团队的创建以及任务分工，根据项目节点拟定项目时间计划，并规划在不同项目阶段的具体工作内容。
5、 Monitoring project budget and cost, develop cost optimization to achieve the purpose of saving project cost under the considering the customer's requirement。
监控项目成本预算，在考虑客户要求的前提下，制定成本优化方案，达到节约项目成本的目的
6、 Lead Risk analysis of the project with FEMA method, to make sure the project can move smoothly.
按照FEMA思维模式领导项目的风险评估，确保项目的平稳进行。
7、 To ensure the project progress timely , with good quality and suitable cost
确保一个按时、保质、成本合适的项目进展，包括变更成本管理
8、 As the major contact in charge of the customers and suppliers, take in charge the internal and external project report.
作为客户及供应商的主要负责人、联系人, 负责项目内部以及外部的项目汇报。
9、 In charge of the whole process ,including the design and simulation
对整个过程、设计及仿真模拟的负责人
10、 Report status to ensure healthy of project.
报告状态确保项目健康运行
11、 Respect of the profit of the project including project progress and costing review
对项目的利润包括项目进度和成本评估
12、 Realization of check and releases according to APQP requirements
按APQP流程要求管控整个项目

Qualifications:

1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive related or mechanical class graduated from the vocational technical college and career in related training
本科或以上学历，机械或汽车相关专业或者毕业于机械类职业技术院校并且从事过相关的职业培训
2、 Minimum 3 years’ experience in white body or assembly working, familiar with BIW process.
至少3年的焊装/总装工作经验, 熟悉白车身的工艺流程。
3、 Project management experience is necessary, minimum 1 complete project experience in automotive.
需要项目管理经验，至少有一个完整的汽车行业新项目工作经验。
4、 Good at project working software, like: Project, Visio, PPT and etc.Basic knowledge of the system software In the computer design and planning ，such as CATIA V5, Delmia, eM-Planner, Micro Station, RobCad, Process Simulate, V5 Robotics.
熟练使用项目管理办公软件， 如： project, Visio, PPT and etc，在计算机设计及规划系统软件方面有基础的知识，如CATIA V5, Delmia, eM-Planner, Micro Station, RobCad, Process Simulate, V5 Robotics
5、 Good execution, as a representative of skills, and strong ability of organization
具有很好的执行力、作为代表的能力以及强组织能力
6、 With a systematic, analytical and structured way of working
具有系统性、分析性、结构性的工作方式。
7、 Good skills in oral and written English, German as plus.
良好的英语口语与写作能力，德语作为加分项
