Responsibility
* Understand business strategies/targets, breakdown, link it with sales individual objectives and achieve the objectives
* Develop customers, build healthy and sustainable pipelines and track effectively
* Utilize deep understanding to marketing, segment, competitors and customers and work with related stakeholders to provide unique solutions and convert opportunities to orders
* Cooperate with partners as appropriate, continuously improve rate from opportunity to orders
* Maximize the potential of existing customers and partners to increase sales revenue
* Improve customers and partners` engagement with Signode and maintain a long term and sustainable business relationship
* Marketing intelligence e.g.: competitors, new technology, development trend, on timely feedback to company for business decision
*Work as the window/bridge between internal and external and as owner to drive business move forward to meet our customer commitment and integrated sales cycle
* Timely feedback company required reports
* Other tasks being assigned


Requirement
* Bachelor degree or above, majored at mechanical or related
* Minimum 3 years sales experience, mechanical product background or similar industry
* Good customer resources at e.g.: food& beverage, biomedicine, corrugated carton, intelligent logistics, automatic production line or equipment
* Good Microsoft 365, Microsoft
* Excellent listening, summarizing and negotiation skills
* Can read and write with English, listening& speaking skill are preferred
