岗位职责
Your Role

作为生产技术人员，配合项目团队完成二期车间建设、试生产调试及量产交付等关键活动,辅助管理团队执行并不断完善车间各项生产管理活动，具体包含且不限于：
As a manufacturing engineer, this position shall be responsible for implementations of key production management activities of the green field project from the constructions phase till mass production, support production management in all aspects and strive for continuously improvements in daily routines, including but not limited to:
1. 参与项目中和生产相关的工作，协助进行设备调试与验收，负责试生产工作的现场实施, 编制作业指导书，准备量产交付清单等，确保项目计划如期完成。
Handle production-relevant project work, support on equipment debugging and final acceptance, execution of various test run tasks during trial phase per project schedule, draft operation LWI, prepare the readiness checkout for mass productions delivery etc to make sure on-time implementation of project plans.
2. 负责指定新产品开发/改造升级等项目任务的具体执行，对异常情况进行跟踪反馈及问题解决。
Conduct the NPD/equipment upgrading projects per assignment, follow up the progress and problem solving.
3. 负责生产数据的记录及文件管理， 记录应真实、准确、准时和可追溯。
Responsible for production data recordings and documentations, all reporting shall authenticate, correct, prompt and traceable.
4. 持续跟进生产现场6S、TPM及EIS管理，确保公司EHS方针和安全相关规定得到有效执行。
Continuously follow through the production 6S, TPM and EIS management routines, make sure the effective Implement of the company's EHS policy and the safety regulations in production
5. 对生产过程、产品质量、交期、成本等进行跟踪及分析，并提出优化改善建议，持续完善生产标准化。
Tracking performance in process efficiency/ product quality/delivery time and cost spending, define the improvement opportunities and propose solutions through analysis, drive continuously improvements of production efficiency and operation standardizations.
6. 协助计划安排、人员调度及资源协调等，确保各项生产任务按如期完成。
Support for management in production planning, workforce deployment and resource coordination to ensure production goals in all aspect achieved per schedule.
7. 协助做好人员培训与技能开发，持续提高生产操作的技能水平。
Assist in people training and skill development to continuously lift production operating skills up.
8. 负责完成领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by the manager.


任职要求
About You
1. 本科及以上学历材料类、机械类等相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in materials, machinery and other related majors.
2. 2年以上生产工程师或工艺工程师相关工作经验
At least 2 years of professional experience in production engineering/process engineering is required.
3. 具备机械加工制造等相关专业知识
Have professional knowledge in machining and manufacturing
4. 具有良好的人际沟通能力、团队协作能力
Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork skills.
5. 具有良好的独立工作能力，和以结果为导向的解决问题的能力
Good ability to work independently and solve problems in a result-oriented manner.
6. 具有很好的工作责任心和积极的工作态度
Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.
7. 具有基本的英语口语表达能力，读和书写能力
Basic English oral expression, reading and writing skills.
8. 熟悉word，excel、PPT等办公软件
Familiar with office software, such as word, excel, PPT, etc.
9. 持有美国焊接协会焊接工程师证者更佳
Hold IWE certificate will be preferred.
