ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis and Insights:
= Thoroughly analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
= Generate insightful analytics reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
= Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, retention, and other relevant metrics.
User Behavior Analysis:
= Understand user journeys, interactions, and pain points across both web and Mini Programs.
= Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance user experiences.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
= Collaborate with product managers and developers to design A/B tests and experiments.
= Analyze test results to evaluate feature effectiveness and inform product enhancements.
Digital Product Optimization:
= Leverage WeData (“We分析”) and/or other data tools to gain insights into user actions, conversion funnels, and retention rates.
= Provide data-driven recommendations for product features, content, and user flows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
= Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align data strategies with business goals.
= Provide actionable insights to improve user acquisition, engagement, and overall performance.
IDEAL PROFILE:
// At least 3 years of experience minimum in a similar position
// Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
// Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
// Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, WeData, Baidu Tongji, etc.).
// Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
// Fluent English and Chinese as a working language.
