ACTIVITY 1 - Designing machines / products in or out of the catalog
Carries out designs and definition plans taking into account machine standards and directives
Produce the manufacturing file with industrialization
Produces the nomenclatures with the ERP
Validate or produce the documentation associated with the designed product (plans / notices / P&ID / others) and modify them at the request of marketing / RTP or the client
Modify plans based on feedback from manufacturing, development and customer start-up
Participate in design reviews and / or cross-check designs by other team members
Defines the material according to the customer specifications
Ensures compliance with the quality, costs and deadlines of projects
Collaborate with other BEs and industrialization as needed
Sizes mechanical parts and piping with dedicated tools and methods
Writes the design documents
Participate in product development

ACTIVITY 2 - Support Sales
Create drawings and the 3D modeling of standard products / machines
Realize pre-sales costings
Perform machine pre-studies
Participate in the creation and maintenance of costing tool

ACTIVITY 3 - Assist other departments
Ensures the creation of articles and Nomenclatures following the rules in force, in connection with WDTA
Ensures the interface with the support services for the realization of new products (ICR)
Collaborates with the project manager, RTP, research engineer or sales administration and the other team members
Communicates with purchases the list of new components with their specifications for consultation and assists Purchases during the technical choices to be made
Communicates to the methods the list of new components manufactured and adapts the parts according to the manufacturing means
Participate in supplier receptions
Assists production during the manufacturing, assembly and testing of products
Manages activity and internal assignments of sales plan requests
Collaborates with service teams in charge of modifying existing pumps
