Job Summary
The position acts as Evidence Coordinator within China Enforcement Group. The Evidence Coordinator operates between the client team on one side and the Evidence Specialists and third party investigation service providers on the other. Their role is to support the client team in coordinating, managing and reporting on intelligence and evidence gathering and on investigations.
Details of Responsibility
1. Be responsible for direct communications with client consultants, lawyers and third parties
2. Communicate with evidence specialists to pass/receive investigation information and process investigation reports;
3. Coordinate in daily investigation arrangement and supervise third party vendors' cases;
4. Conduct online search and notarization for investigation cases;
5. Manage the client's databases;
6. Maintain internal database and filing;
7. Some other secretarial support to line manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in English or law;
• Experience in IP work is obviously an asset for this position;
• Good English writing/oral skills (TEM 8 or equivalent);
• Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.);
• Basic knowledge on foreign trade and IP related law is a good addition;
• Good communication skills with different departments;
• Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined;
• Can work under pressure, a team player.
