Key Responsibilities:
? Implement all general procurement specifications at each subcontractor
? Support new product transfer, evaluations, and product start-up
? Work with subcontractor for continuous improvement in assembly, quality, and reliability programs
? Sustain assembly and bumping operational issues
? Communicate with customers in some occasions.
? To drive and work with the sub-con in root cause verifications, evaluations, and corrective action plans derivation.
? Conduct line audits and support customer audits
? Support occasional evening calls with US counterparts
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in IC assembly manufacturing or process engineering
? Possess good communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese
? Able to deal with all levels of management and staff
? A motivated team player with analytical mind, good problem-solving skills, and project management experience
? Good appreciation of auditing, quality system, reliability, and failure analysis
? Good knowledge of bumping and test process will be an added advantage
? Willing to travel from time to time within the Southeast Asia region
