1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
Asahi Group Holdings (AGH) is a global beer company headquartered in Japan and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Asahi Europe and International (AEI) is responsible for managing and developing all global export markets, except for Japan and Oceania, covering over 90 markets worldwide. With a team of more than 10,000 enthusiastic colleagues, our aim is to enhance people's drinking experience worldwide. AEI oversees some of the world's most renowned beer brands, including Asahi Super Dry, Pilsner Urquell, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Grolsch, and Kozel. As of November 2020, we operate 19 production facilities in eight European countries.
Asahi Beer Asia (ABA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asahi Europe & International (AEI) responsible for the growth of the Group’s Premium brands in the Asia market. We are currently playing key business in 5 key markets: China,China Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and China Taiwan. Our goal is to establish a strong presence in the Asia market and become the top player or at least one of the top two players in these key markets.
2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
"On-trade strategy development
- Participate in brand planning, develop strategic brand plan to deliver target volume, profit and share objectives, as well as building brand equity in on-trade
-Identify consumer/shopper insights and opportunities to create brand linkage, and translate those insights into brand connecting platform to consumer"
"On-trade brand building experience
- Landing total portfolio brand in on-trade channel, with on-trade as a key part of consumer touchpoints to drive sales and build brand
- Develop and landing always-on brand building activations toolkits including call to action POSM, activations, and O2O experiences
- World class brand experientials in flagship and key outlets "
"Brand experiential and brand advocacy
3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience is preferred; Outstanding communication skills; Logical and strategic thinking; native Chinese proficiency
- Educate key partners and sales team on the brand portfolio experience to ensure world class experience of our brands in all touchpoints
- Lead brand participation in brand experientials, ie. Fairs, events, festivals etc."
