职位详情
主要职责：
1、开拓并管理所辖大区的经销商合作网络，按时按量达成企业的销售指标与开店目标。
2、与经销商、商场管理者保持长期良好的沟通合作关系。及时跟进经销商和商场开店信息，积极协调并落实开店计划。
3、根据公司营销策略发展业务，提供有效销售计划、促销意见。确保按时按量完成月度、季度和年度销售任务与指标。
4、每周针对业务情况进行详细分析，定期提交业务工作报告及发展计划，及时监督各区域经理跟进回款。
5、监管所有经销商门店的产品陈列展示，确保符合公司设立标准。针对不达标的经销商，制定整改方案并跟进整改结果。
6、实时分析竞争对手的业务动态、销售战略及市场占比，制定有效的销售策略并准确把握市场趋势。
7、定期对团队成员进行业务培训，并帮助经销商培养合格的销售团队，对经销商提出的询问与投诉作出积极正面的反馈。
8、配合市场部拟订和落实宣传活动计划，推广公司品牌，并反馈有建设性的意见方案。
任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，市场营销或管理类相关专业。
2、家居，家电，高端建材行业背景优先。五年以上相关工作经验，具备三年以上运营管理经验。有跨国企业或知名外企管理类从业背景优先。
3、强大的行业关系与人脉资源，有敏锐的商业触觉，独立的业务管理能力。
4、丰富的经销商渠道开拓与管理维护经验。良好的人际关系，内外部协调能力强，团队合作精神佳。成熟稳重、有进取心。
5、身体健康，适应差旅，能承担一定工作压力。英语读写流利，熟练操作常用的计算机办公软件。
