1.0 JOB SUMMARY
1.1 Experienced in product development planning

1.4 Planning and managing product development stages.
1.5 Collaborating with account, test, test development, and engineering for new product capability, analysis, and deployment.
1.2 Shall have knowledge/performs Tester, Product life cycle, Project Support.
1.3 To lead Test, Account/product, Process and production for minimum machine downtime, optimized throughput, test technical issues, test solution/development deployment, and cost effective test/manufacturing solutions.
1.4 The candidate will be knowledgeable for new projects/equipment set up, development project tracking, and technical discussion with the customer.

2.0 PREREQUISITES

2.1 Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering with at least 5 years working experience in technical program management role in product, process, test/development field.
2.2 5-7 years on supervisory level experiences.
2.3 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.

3.0 JOB DESCRIPTION

3.1 To act as the main interface with assigned for all tests, process, and development technical related issues.

3.2 To provide accurate quotes (tester and test processes) for new or existing customers, or meets with customers to determine requirements, and prepares plans and quotes.

3.3 The Technical Program Manager shall constantly upgrade the test process to identify design deficiencies and screen manufacturing and electrical defects from the customer. He/she shall strive to obtain an optimized cost.

3.4 The Technical Program Manager shall review all assemblies and interact with the customer and development team to improve test access, coverage and reduce the cost of test, and manufacturability of the product.

3.5 Develop and improves test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production, subject to established HANA standards. Generates reports and performs analysis of test data.

3.6 The Technical Program Manager shall provide support to the operations department through participation in the Continuous Improvement Program, and promotion of a "Quality First" mentality.

3.7 The Technical Program Manager shall monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test and process Yields, Efficiency, Defects, and overall performance.

3.8 The Technical Program Manager shall ensure comprehensive specifications are produced relating to performance, required standards of quality and conformity for subcontract vendors and shall be required to assess the suitability of a chosen vendor to perform to those criterion.

3.9 The Technical Program Manager shall contribute to the training of Engineers, Technicians, Operators and other functional leaders.


3.7 The Technical Program Manager shall spend time on ongoing education to keep up with new technologies. Some examples of ongoing education include schooling, reading technical publications, going to seminars, classes and shows.

3.8 The Technical Program Manager shall adhere to all safety guidelines and actively promote a safety conscious attitude within his/her department.

3.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Excellent and fluent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills for English and Chinese. Work requires initiative and judgment, within standard procedures and a thorough knowledge of department and corporate policies and procedures dealing with the area of responsibility.

3.2 Works under minimal supervision, operates with great latitude in choosing methods for accomplishing objectives. Applies advanced and comprehensive knowledge of theoretical concepts
