Gerneral Purpose：

The product specialist focuses on product related marketing strategies, technical sales support, sales push and analysis of market environment and competitor products to ensure the success of product selling.
产品专员负责产品有关的市场营销策略、销售技术支持、销售促进以及中国市场和竞争对手的分析，以确保产品销量的成功。

Main Task:
1.Take Technical Sales and PM role
担任技术销售和 PM 角色
2.Support and consult sales team in technical perspective for higher conversion rate, either at customer side or remotely.
支持和提供销售团队技术咨询，用于提高项目成功率（在客户现场或者通过远程）
3.Take responsibility for market introduction of new products and define the roll out plan for the domestic market.
负责新产品的市场推广，制定在中国市场的推广策略
4.Prepare and conduct product training, product argumentations and other supporting materials for sales team
为销售团队准备和进行产品培训、产品论证等辅助材料
5.Maintain and manage data in systems, such as E2Q, Sales2Go, CrossWeb
维护和管理系统数据，例如E2Q，Sales2Go， CrossWeb等
6.Define marketing strategies of products, marketing campaigns and sales push of focus products and support communicaton department with input regarding trade fair, advertisement and brochures
制定产品的营销策略、重点推广产品的促销策略，支持市场推广部门进行展会、广告以及宣传册的准备
6.Continunouly analyze market environment and competitor products
持续分析中国市场环境以及竞争对手的产品
7.Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support special customer technical request or the solution to customers’ problems to ensure an improved customers’ satisfaction.
有效地进行跨部门合作，支持客户的特殊技术需求或者找到能提高客户满意度的解决方案。
8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.


1.bachelor's degree or above 本科或以上学历
2.Mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or similar 机械工程或工业工程以及相关专业
3.0-3 years experience in technical sales support or product marketing in industrial area 在工业领域有0-3年从事销售技术支持或者产品市场推广相关的经验
4.Skills:
-Good technical background in order to understand advanced machines and processing technologies 良好的技术背景，能够理解机床以及加工技术
-Strong communication skills. 优秀的沟通能力
-Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and presentation skills.良好的办公软件技能及演说能力.
-Fluent English (CET6, fluent in writing and orally) 流利的英语能力(CET6，流利的口语和书写能力)
5.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
6.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
