Key Role: to drive growth of JD FC & FMC &AC business
 Be responsible for JD Kotex, Kleenex, Depend and Poise business, including self-run and POP;
 Influence JD buyer, purchaser and any other stakeholders so as to get more resources from JD.com to better develop business;
 Participate in the formulation of business strategy, and be able to implement the strategy
 Efficiently manage customer expense investments, be familiar with P&L, and optimize investments through ROI analysis
 Analyze the actions of both users and consumers, constantly optimize and improve products so as to increase user stickiness;
 Regularly review category updating situation including price, promotion, sales share, and assortment;
 Find the insights and opportunities in business development as long as cross-category cooperation;
 Make short-term, mid-term and long-term sales development planning and strategy in order to drive sales to achieve target;
 As a group manager, effectively engage subordinates, help them to develop business skills as long as soft skills;
 Build high-performing team.


Key Accountabilities 主要职责
1. Implement company and brand’s strategy, drive business growth sustainably at JD and achieve sales targets.
2. By analyzing the customer's sales data, combining the platform and category situation, explore the customer's business opportunities
3. Annual contract negotiation
4. Management of trade spend: Efficiently manage customer expense investments, be familiar with P&L, and optimize investments through ROI analysis
5. Effectively engage subordinates, help them to develop business skills as long as soft skills
6. Employees shall comply with the relevant systems or procedures of the company in their daily work, including but not limited to business processes, policies, work discipline guidelines, etc No disciplinary violation
Qualification 任职资格
Education Background
教育背景:Bachelor degree or above

Key Experience
经验
 More than 5 year’s experience EC KA related in FMCG Industry (Must)

 Basic knowledge of finances (Must)
 Leadership/Management experience (Must)
 Having handled at least 100 million or more business volume (Must)
 MNCs is nice-to-have
 Working experience is JD.com related (Nice-to-have)
 Trainee background (Nice-to-have)
