I. GENERAL
Responsible for the hiring activity for store orgnization in China, for all brands under Group. Secure manpower in store from recruitment activity. Provide excellent care to candidates for brand experience throughout all steps.
II. MAIN TASKS
RECRUITMENT
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment of China store hiring, from needs collection, searching, conduct interview and offering.
- Understand brand strategy and attract valuable staff to the Group. Open eye to retail market and share information to internal stake holders.
- Provide guidance and excellent care to candidates throughout the application process as well as start employee life cycle, from onboarding, employee experience follow up and exit talk.
- Share valuable information to SF team to achieve a close collabration.
- Follow up documentation for new staff onboarding.
- Develop talent pools and pipelines for existing and future positions through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, and advanced direct sourcing.
- Campus recruitment project planning and execut.
HR SUPPORT
- Employee Activities Support: Implementation and logistic support.
- Other task assigned by manager.
III. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree level at minimum.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years HR related experience, RPO/recruitment is a plus.
- Strong execution, able to act with speed and work under pressure.
- Flexible, open minded, being practical and team work/management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
