Job responsibilities：
1. Promote and carry out lean training in various plants
2. TOS lean training system establishment
3. Daily operation and maintenance of TOS+ training centre；
4.Promotion of implementation of TOS training plan, timely feedback, finding problems and continuous improvement
5. Promotion of TOS curriculum and tools development and TOS projects support；
6. Support to organize and hold Foton Daimler level events (QC and blue collar knowledge competition, etc.)
7.Establish and improve the personnel capability framework system of TOS training

Experience:
1、Minimum 10 years Lean management experience in automotive sector or industrial sector, preferably commercial vehicles with IE or Lean related experience
2、 Professional industrial engineering knowledge.
3、Shop floor improvement project experience is mandatory.
4、 Lean training should be had in the past working experience.
5、 System management knowledge and concept.
6、TTT training received, certified trainer is mandatory.

9、Excellence with structured reporting and presentation
10、System development, promotion and improvement ability
11、Native in Chinese, fluent in spoken and written English, German a plus
