岗位职责：
1.根据公司战略开展公司传统业务销售工作（机床配件），制定并执行产品的销售计划，完成销售目标；
Decide and implement the Legacy sales plan（mainly accessories of machine tools）, achieve or excess the sales budget based on company strategy.
2。了解公司产品及其在客户的应用，寻找并发现客户需求，并据此提供合适的解决方案以满足客户需求；
Understand the product application, search and find the requires, by which propose both technical and commercial proposal to customers and meet the demand in right and prompt way.
3.协调公司内外部资源，及时并正确地解决销售过程中产生的交期、回款和质量等问题，提高客户满意度；
Coordinate the external and internal resources to deal with delivery, payment collection and quality issues during the sales procedure to improve the customer satisfaction.
4.负责公司机床附件产品与客户的商务谈判，在满足公司价格要求下签署审核客户订单与合同；
Negotiate with customers to invite orders, check and sign off contracts under company’s pricing policy.
5.及时汇总销售信息；了解、收集、整理并汇报市场趋势和竞争动态；并且提出合理化建议；
Collect , summarize and report sales data , market trends and competition, propose reasonable solutions and actions
6.积极开拓新市场（新客户及新的应用工况）；
Actively explore and penetrate new application and customers.
完成上级指派的其他工作；
Fulfill other jobs allocated by manager.
任职资格：
1、理工科大学本科毕业，机械或者机电一体化专业尤佳；
Bachelor’s degree in science and technology, mechanical manufacturing and automation will be preferred.
2、熟悉机床或者金属加工行业（与我们现在的业务有相同的目标客户的行业）， 或者来自机床或者金属加工行业
Familiar with machine tool or metal industry (industry with the same target customers as our current business), or from the machine tool or metal industry
3、本岗位主要为业务拓展，5年以上工作经验销售或者愿意转行的技术/应用工程师，
This position is mainly for business development, more than 5 years of work experience sales or willing to change careers of technical/application engineer,
4、良好的英语读写能力和基本的听说能力；
Good in reading and writing, basic in listening and speaking in English.
5、较强的沟通能力和承压能力；
Good communication skill and high stress tolerance
