职责描述：
To mitigate all risk associated with Chemigraphic’s activities. To ensure compliance with any certification that the company requires, namely ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, and ISO14001:2015. Facilitate and support the professional development of QA and QC staff. Lead high-profile quality investigations where necessary. Be customer-facing in all matters relating to quality.

• Maintain and review the company’s Quality Management System and Environmental Management System
• Ensure all quality problems are investigated and resolved, and the log and all reports are up to date.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated
• Ensure Chemigraphic’s processes fulfill ISO requirements
• Ensure all Chemigraphic processes are regularly audited (1st party audits)
• Lead 2nd and 3rd party audits as necessary
• Provide reports and analyses of quality data to top management when requested
• Participate and familiar with related regulations, plan, monitor and implement the transaction concerning EHS to ensure company is in alignment with China regulations.
• Take the leadership in continuously improving the overall quality performance in our products and service, ensuring the right quality of products to be used by customers, driving down the external DPPM and reducing customer complaints.
• To handle the customer complaints and RMA requests in a professional way. Ensure the right quality standard and right inspection criteria being adopted. Maintain a healthy relationship with customer quality organizations. Implementing 8D processes in customer complaints effectively
• Intensify the concept of “focus on quality - first do the right things” in the company, continuously improve the quality consciousness of the personnel, and ensure the implementation of quality activities
• Ensure the effective process control and process audit, identifying the weakness in production and other processes areas and take effective measures.
• Manage the quality of the suppliers, ensure the right quality level of materials to be used by operation and resolve all the quality issues in time.
• Be responsible for the objectives management and performance appraisal to subordinators, provide the training regularly to ensure the development of their skills

•领导不断提高我们产品和服务的整体质量性能，确保客户使用的产品质量正确，降低外部DPPM，减少客户投诉。以专业的方式处理客户投诉和RMA要求。确保采用正确的质量标准和检验标准。与客户质量部门保持良好的关系。在客户投诉中有效实施8D流程
•强化公司 “focus on quality - first do the right things”的理念，不断提高人员的质量意识，确保质量活动的实施.确保有效的过程控制和过程审核，识别生产和其他过程领域的缺陷并采取有效措施。
管理供应商的质量，确保生产使用的材料质量达到正确的水平，及时解决所有质量问题。
•负责下属员工的目标管理和绩效考核，定期提供培训，确保员工技能的发展

任职要求：
• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience with administering an ISO9001 QMS
• Experienced in 8D reporting
• Experienced with using MS Excel and other basic software (i.e. ICT-literate)
• Ability to build good inter-personal relationships
• Demonstrable people and project management skills
• Guiding/taking part in audits
• Experience in electronic manufacturing
• Experience with transitioning from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015
• Experience with ISO14001
• Experience with ISO13485
• Experience with implementing Q-Pulse
• Leading 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA/macros)
• Chartered professional status, or member of a similar professional body.
• Experience in using Q-Pulse
