Role and responsibilities

• Project owner for digital solutions such as MOM/MES/DCS/Digital Twins/Digital Factory/Connected Factory.
• Lead digital project execution as a dedicated project manager in defined digital manufacturing projects.
• Work with cross-functional team interfaces on system software/hardware, production plant design, product plant operation, and manufacturing process flows using smart manufacturing principles.
• Assess project demands to ensure project requirements are well defined, covered, allocated, and fulfilled in project execution.
• Ensure high quality project deliverable and documentation.
• Provide training and support to relevant users of digital solutions.
• Review business requirement regularly for continued optimization.
• Collaborate with a company-wide digital manufacturing community in all relevant areas of smart manufacturing and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree minimum in relevant engineering and science.
• Familiar with digital factory products and implementations, and controls and automation.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach, intellectually curious, open minded.
• Strong project management skillset and a creative problem solver.
• Customer focused with emphasis on customer value.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Tenacious, passionate, and determined to ensure the goal and objective accomplished.
• Being capable of growing cross functional relationships and influencing outside of sphere of control to achieve results through teamwork and cross functional collaboration.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including English.
