您的工作日常：
1、作为adidas的直营店管理者，负责店铺的人员招聘，人员培训；
2、执行店铺入职、离职、调任、升职等手续流程；
3、作为adidas的文化倡导者，传递运动理念，带给顾客卓越体验；
4、作为adidas的团队领袖，指导、培训团队成员的产品知识、服务及销售技巧，不断激励团队成员成长；
我们对您的期望：
1、关注时尚，热爱运动，热衷零售行业，对 adidas充满热情，具有一定的领导力；
2、至少3年以上零售或服务行业管理岗经验，具备人员管理经验，培训经验；
3、优秀的逻辑思维及数据分析计算能力；
我们的工作时间：
早中排班制，做五休二，视业务需求而定。
