Your mission will be :
Perform handling operations according to current standards and requirements, as well as health, safety and environment (HSE) rules
Prepare a component before painting : masking and sanding based on instructions.
Ensure that your workstation’s qualification is valid
Prepare paints according to instructions (make sure that the products used have not passed their expiry date)
Adjust and use spray guns as specified in the instructions
Perform the different painting phases according to instructions (included stencils if necessary and technical markings)
Conduct visual and other checks according to instructions
Program the drying oven as recommended in the instructions
Perform sealants and finishing touch up
Fill out traceability documents
Ensure that both the materials and workstation are clean
Maintain the workstation, equipment and work area according to current instructions and pay particular attention to the validity of periodic checks of this equipment
Carry out Level 1 maintenance of equipment
Make recommendations on how to improve the HSE environment and take part in team meetings about continuous improvement actions
Put forward technical or other proposals to improve the work environment and industrial performance indicators
