Day to Day Responsibilities:
. Plant power supply system operations and maintenance management.
. Lead troubleshooting activities with time and reliability supply requirements.
. Provide professional analysis and reports on power supply system issues root cause and implement permanent solutions.
. Identifies, justifies, and implements reliability and cost saving improvement opportunities by design, install, debug and/or specifies new equipment or modifies existing equipment.
. Coordinate power supply affairs with source substation and keep close contact with power supplier for all kinds of operations and maintenance activities.
. Establish and maintain system operations and maintenance documents e.g. SOS/Base Case/PM Procedure/Emergency Response Procedure, etc.
. Provide training on power supply system to all relevant personnel compliant with plant/dept. requirements.
. Meet PCPD requirement and follow change control process and have good communication with all.
. Ensure system have no compliance issue.
. Ensure safety compliance.
. Ensure intellectual assets protection compliance.
. Other day-to-day activities.

Education & Experience
. Bachelor’s degree or above with the major in electrical or automation
. 3+ years’ experience with 110KV power system daily operation and maintenance, also UPS.
. 110kv substation retrofit or installation

Required Skills
. Familiar with 110kv power system design/installation, have daily operation & maintenance experience
. Familiar with industrial power system, including 110kv industrial power, emergency power, grounding system, lightning protection, etc.
. Have electrical knowledge related to all facilities equipment, such as inverter, Motor etc.
. Experience in lead 110kv closed-loop operation and PPA preparation process before closed-loop
. Electrical instrument/ tools operation skills (Partial Discharge, oil chromatography analysis)
. Able to apply various tools, e.g. risk analysis, FMEA, etc.
. Familiar with schematic diagram and SCADA

Desired Skills
. Deeply understanding of 220/110/10Kv transformer/GIS, Relay protection iFIX SCADA experience.
. Positive work attitude with sense of urgency
. familiar with GB code and industry standard
. Have electrical knowledge related to facilities system equipment and industrial furnace smelting process.
. Have experience on renewable energy system operations and maintenance, e.g. solar power system.
