职责描述：
Lead assigned customer site visits and customer on-site audit.
Manage in its entirety the concern investigation, root cause analysis and improvement implementation process for all customer issues.
Respond to customer issues regarding product quality and quality systems.
Develop and participate in Advance Quality planning activities for new products and process introduction/release, including but not limited to product and process FMEA’s and cause and affect analysis, as well as process flow diagrams and control Plans.
To monitor and follow up customer quality open items, and report the action status and results to customer.
Visiting customer facilities both re-actively and pro-actively to establish and develop customer relationships.
Internal Quality issues handler, investigation, analysis, coordinate, follow up the corrective and preventive actions.
Organize the product audit, make audit plan and review the result.
Design proces quality record and Quality document preparing & maintenancePerform other duties assigned from Quality Manager
Follow all the EHS requirements.
Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities.
任职要求：
Bachelor degrees or above, major in mechanical, electric, automation and at least 3 years’ quality experience in an international company
Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
Be familiar with quality tools like QC 7 tools, FMEA, Control Plan, 5Why, 8D etc
Good in written and speaking of English
Can accept frequent traval
