Principal Accountabilities
1. Grow and exceed pre-determined sales targets by selling production capacity and maintaining profitable business
2. Identifying and generating new business with the ultimate objective of safety and effectively serving our customers.
3. Development of new business through cold-calling, referrals, solicitation and building customer relation.
4. Maintaining existing business, servicing and growing of exiting accounts.
5. Work and communication with cross-functional support team to ensure excellent customer services, timely response & professional manner.
6. Manages all aspects of sales promotion/campaign program implementation
7. Collecting & developing market intelligence to initiate market development projects and monitor competitors’ activities.
8. Evaluate market’s information & prepare analysis reports, develop budget/sales projects including prospects, competitors and their customers’ information
9. Assist in market planning and responsible for launching tactical programs
10. Work closely with credit control and ensure low outstanding billings
Job Requirement
1. University graduates with 3-5 years relevant experiences in sales.
2. Self-starter that possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. (Cantonese and Putonghua)
5. Excellent presentation, communicate & negotiation skills.
6. Open to continually changing work environment.
7. Some Mainland China travel required.
8. A plus for the incumbent to have some science background. Prefer MT, Medical Technologist, Biology Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology degree.
9. Some lab experience or knowledge is an advantage.
