Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities:
• Process Commissioning: Follow SOP to implement process commissioning works and continuously improve SOP to shorten days to acceptance time.
• Process Acceptance: Make a process summary report after process commissioning work is completed and assist to negotiation tool acceptance sign off.
• Warranty Process Support and Training: Support warranty process issues troubleshooting to meet the requirements of mass production customers and offer and promote process training to the customers.
• Lateral Support: Assist to collect mass production tools performance, e.g. MTBC/MWBC, uptime, thru-put, yield performance to support the tools sales and CIP upgrades.
• 工艺调试：按照SOP实施工艺调试工作，并不断改进SOP以缩短验收时间。
• 工艺验收：在工艺调试工作完成后做出工艺总结报告，协助验收签字。
• 保修流程支持和培训：支持保修过程问题的解决，以满足大规模生产客户的要求，并向客户提供并改善工艺培训。
• 横向支持：协助收集大量生产工具的性能，如MTBC/MWBC、正常运行时间、产出率、产量性能，以支持销售和CIP升级。

Ⅱ、Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated
1、Education / Qualifications
• A relevant science or engineering major with master's degree.
• At least 3 years Etch/CVD/ALD/PVD mass production process experience in the semiconductor or compound semiconductor industries.
• 硕士及以上学历，科学或工程相关专业。
• 至少有3年在半导体或化合物半导体行业的Etch/CVD/ALD/PVD大规模生产工艺经验。

2、Professional Skills/ Abilities
Abilities:
• Good written and oral communication in English and Chinese.
• Proven process commissioning or sustaining experience.
• 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
• 有成熟的工艺调试或维护经验。
Skills: Production etch and/or deposition experience, if possess one of the below three OIPT processes capability, that will be even preferred.
• Etch: ICP and RIE
• Ion Beam (Deposition and/or Etch)
• Deposition: PECVD, ICPCVD and ALD
有生产蚀刻和/或沉积经验，如果具备以下三种OIPT工艺之一的能力，将被优先考虑：
