Job purpose (mission)
Lead the sales and service department to expand customer/project base, develop sales activities effectiveness and efficiency, drive strong sales revenue growth and profitability improvement.

Based on the company strategy and goal, develop and implement sales strategy

Develop annual sales budget, periodical forecasts.
制定年度销售预算和计划。
Ensure each team has clear target and plan, ensure business on track and goals are met.
确保团队有明确的工作目标和计划,并实现目标。
Lead sales team to expand customer/project base, and increase hit ratio.
带领销售团队扩大客户群/项目业务量,提升成功率。
Regularly visit key customers, keep updated about the customer demands, satisfaction and competition evolution.
定期拜访关键客户,持续跟进了解客户的需求、满意度和竞争力水平等情况。
Participate and support major contract negotiations and deal closing.
参与并支持重大合同的谈判和成交。
Develop sales organization and competence, guide to team member to grow
建立和提升销售团队的能力水平;帮助团队成长。
Develop strong back-office support function,provide sales team and customers effective support.
发展提高总部支持职能,为销售队伍和客户提供高效的支持。
Review and approval to contract terms and conditions. Ensure accounts receivables under control. Set up sales policy jointly
合同条款评审,应收账款管理和控制,协同制定销售策略。
Constantly drive for sales process optimization.
持续推动销售流程的优化。
Administrative approvals (travelling, expenses) 销售日常管理审批(出差、费用等)
Successful Candidate Profile任职要求
Bachelor or above education from 985/211 universities.
本科及以上学历,985或211大学毕业
Min. 10years working in construction industry, direct experience in Infrastructure / Urban / Public building / commercial building is strong plus. (35-45)
至少10年以上建筑行业工作经验,在基础设施/城市建设/公建/商业建筑领域行业有直接经验的尤为佳(年龄35-45岁)。
Experienced with project business, handling bidding, involved in investor/GC/specifier is required.
拥有项目销售业务、投标的实操经验,须有与业主/总包/设计院打交道的经验。
Rich experience in bidding process and operation.
熟悉投标流程和相关操作;
Strong interpersonal skills 很强的人际关系。
Good at presentation, business negotiation, be influential and convincing.
擅长演示,商务谈判,具有说服力。
Skilled to demand, inspire or challenge others to go extra mile.
具有引导能力,善于激励他人取得更大的成就。
Having strategic thinking mind, big picture.
