What you’ll be doing
1. Manager MANAGING DIRECTOR’s schedule and to coordinate various conference call and meeting on regular basis for both internal and external
2. Coordinate travel arraignment & submit for expense reports
3. Coordinate and daily support for all kinds of MANAGING DIRECTOR’s meetings, not limit to meeting organization, preparation, meeting minutes, track and follow on the progress etc.
4. Handles day to day administrative work and keeps all data up-to-date
5. Coordinate company event arrangement
6. Draft the correspondence and presentation required by MANAGING DIRECTOR, translation is required
7. Support internal business activities such as employee/ town-hall meeting, senior executives visit scheduling and coordination work
8. Manage ad hoc situation within required time frame/queries and quality standards
9. Maintains a professional relationship with all corporate/business functions/external clients/Authorities
10. Perform other duties as required by the MANAGING DIRECTOR.

More about you
1. Post-graduate degree and oversea education experience is preferred
2. Proficient in Window Office Software application
3. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience of assistant work in a MNC environment
4. Strong communication skills
5. Fluent in English and Chinese, written & spoken
6. Full of energy and high sense of responsibility
7. Have a clear career aspiration, be proactive and agility to learn
8. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to delivery results
