职责描述：

- Coordinate with other Dept. (Project/Process/Design/CADCAM/Purchasing/Outsouring etc.) to import /export necessary and accurate information
与其他部门（项目/工艺/设计/编程机加/质量/采购/外协等相关）协调，获取/提供必要且准确的调试相关资料
- Create tryout report based on Process and Design information,and follow up /Comfirm real information (material/blank size/tonnage/Flow amount etc.) in tryout.
基于工艺/模具结构制作调试报告，进行调试实际信息（板材及其尺寸/压力/流入量等）的跟踪和确认
- Considering Press and Dies, try to get recommendation for Press compenstion and Surface corvering area in line Dies. 考虑机床和模具情况，提出压机补偿方案和符型区优化方案
- Be able to try some change (addendum / Process for CAE simulation) in order to get optimization before/during tryout .
能够在调试之前和过程中做一些更改（补充/工艺内容等进行CAE模拟分析），以期获得一定的优化。
- Do team work with Die maker to confirm Die status（Blue checking/ Nesting in line Dies）/ try to get recommendation/ solution when issues happen during Tryout stage. 与调试钳工团队合作进行模具状态（着色、后序符型）的确认，并对调试过程中此类问题提出建议/解决方案
- According to CMM & Scan report, Try to find good solution for Q-loop, including surface work using CATIA/UG.
基于三坐标测量和照相扫描报告，给出好的质量提升解决方案，包括使用UG或Catia进行模面处理
- Do daily work with Die maker together, spotting/polishing/hit panel etc. espacially for homeline tryout.
与调试钳工一起进行日常的研模/抛光/压件等工作，特别是客户方交模阶段
- Do team work with related department in knowledge management, try to establish a database with tryout experience 与相关部门团队合作进行知识管理，努力建立一个调试相关的数据库
- Perform other reasonable duties as required. 按要求完成其他相关工作


任职要求：

- College degree in engineering or related, with tool and die shop background preferred;
工程或相关专业大专或以上学历，有模具生产制造经验者优先 ;
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Process/Design/CADCAM ;
5年以上冲压工艺/结构设计/编程相关经验;
- Be familiar with GD&T / CMM & Scan report Checking and analysis, be able to find good solution for Q-loop, including surface work using CATIA/UG; 擅长产品图/三坐标测量和照相扫描报告的确认及分析，能够给出好的质量提升方案，包括使用UG/Catia进行模面处理 ;
- Be able to do simulation job (fesibility/Springback/Compensation) in Autoform software and able to use Dynaform and Pamstamp preferred;
能使用Autoform软件进行成型、回弹及补偿的模拟计算,会Dynaform 和 Pamstamp 优先;
- Be familiar with 2D and 3D die drawings, able to Design drawing preferred;
熟悉二维和三维模具设计图，能绘图优先 ;
- Be familiar with knowledge management, especially experience accumulation;
擅长知识管理，特别是经验的积累;
- Organized individual with proven skill in record keeping, time management & organization of multiple projects. 擅长数据记录，时间管理及多样项目的组织工作
- Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English.良好的中英文沟通能力
