主要工作职责Main Responsibility:
1. 遵守公司政策，包括员工手册，质量和安全管理的政策和步骤
Comply with company polices, including employee manual, quality& Safety policy and procedure
2. 提出改善方法并执行，包括本人的提案及其他员工提出的改善提案并跟踪进程
3. Initiate improvement case and implementation including self-case and other employees, then trace process
4. 利用IE和LEAN概念，降低生产成本，改善工作流程，生产效率，产品质量，标准工时的测定和维护
5. Use IE and LEAN concept to make cost down, work flow improvement, production efficiency improvement, product quality improvement, and create standard routine as well as maintenance
6. 参与协助生产执行新产品转移的相关活动，按照项目计划要求完成新产品验证
7. Coordinate production to implement the new project activities, complete the relevant tasks in time according to the project plan
8. 依据生产实际需要，对公司设施进行重新规划改造，改进生产现场的物流和空间利用率
9. Make new layout for current facility, and improve utilizing rate for material flow and work space according to the requirement of production
要求的技能/知识Required Skills/Knowledge:
1. 在欧美公司生产相关5年以上的经验者。
Over 5 years’ experience as production managing in US/EU MN company is preferred
2. 有生产工艺改善及精益化方面有丰富的经验
Experience of LEAN activities and “process” development
3. 在机械生产过程有三年的经验者优先
4. 3 years’ experience in production with mechanical process is required.
熟悉ISO9001/13485,GMP和验证操作优先
5. Familiar with ISO9001/13485, GMP and Validation is preferred.
熟悉制造业务，IE，精益生产的概念
6. Good knowledge of the manufacturing operations, IE, lean manufacturing concept.
流利的英语口语和良好写作能力;良好的人际沟通技巧
7. Fluent in oral and written English is necessary; Good interpersonal skills.
熟悉制图软件，能设计基本机械工装
8. Familiar with AutoCAD related, and basic concept of mechanic design.
本科学历或以上 Bachelor degree or above
9. 熟练的书面英语和口语 Proficient in written English and oral English

善于沟通及表达，乐观有团队合作意识，有一定的展现能力
