Follow APQP process to develop new components
Lead new product development activities for new program components
Track PPAP process and update PPAP documents, work with plant quality team to approve components PPAP
Lead PRR activities to make sure parts adherence to Mersen quality requirement, and drive problem solving and continuous improvement
Lead SPCR (Supplier Process Change Request) process to make sure all supplier changes are managed properly without impacting plant operation and customer delivery
Support IQC team to finalize incoming inspection requirements
Lead supplier capacity management activities to meet Mersen program life demand
To overall evaluate supplier performance on development stage
To support global business
To certify domestic suppliers for oversea Mersen units
Liaison with suppliers and Mersen other plants and followup routine activities
