Job Description

1.Assume a high level of responsibility for client liaison and portfolio management, audit planning and control, developing deliverable, writing reports and presentation.
2.Help clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities and minimize enterprise risks through the use of our value-added audit approach.
3.Participate and supervise engagements of initial public offerings (IPO) in US.
4.Supervise the engagement work of audit staffs and ensuring the professional standard of services to clients as well as preparation of fee notes.
5.Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation.
Job Requirements

1. Designated CPA (US CPA is preferred).
2. At least 5 years working with public Accounting, big 4 experience is highly preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of US GAAP, and strong IPO related knowledge and experience.
4.Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and team building skills.
5.Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
6.Excellent leadership and business development skills.
7.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
8.Proficiency in computer applications
9.Willing to travel for business engagements，there will be 2-3 months business travel in U.S.A every year.
