Job Description (Responsibilities):
• Coordinate of identification and development of suppliers (eg. Supplier assessment, supplier selection process, supplier development)
• Monitoring and tracking of all supplier activities before SOP (eg. APQP procedure)
• Coordination and conduction of reporting internally and with the suppliers (eg. PPAP submission)
• Coordination and conduction of supplier visits.
• Conduct PPAP review and decision on supplier submissions
• Coordination and conduction of supplier quality related tasks with other functions/departments
• Regular reporting to direct superior, senior manager supplier quality development
• Define quality requirements to suppliers (QM/Environmental/CSR)
• Supplier Assessment of new supplier for regional commodities & for M-CPC commodities
• Supplier assessments for CSR (i.e. CQI’s and Technical Cleanliness)
• Evaluate feasibility confirmation from supplier before Gate 7
• Supplier Evaluation / Conduct supplier audits / Supplier audit planning
• Coordination of supplier quality (Actions plans)
• Conduct PPAP review/approval and Witness R@R / Capacity verification
• Participation within Global Quality Meetings
Requirements:
1. Personality: Strong communication and presentation skills, team-oriented, result-oriented, Team Player.
2. Education: Bachelor degree in electronics / mechanical engineering and related fields
3. Work experience:
- More than 4 years in Supplier Development / Quality or similar
- Commodity experience in PCBA / electronics /Plastic components
4. Skills:
MS Office, English (fluent in written and oral English),
SAP, ISO/TS16949 Quality system internal auditor certification,
VDA6.3 Process audit certification,
PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, GD&T, etc
5. Others: Work under pressure, willingness to travel

Rheinmetall (China) Investment Co., Ltd. is the regional headquarters of Rheinmetall in China set up at Shanghai Hongqiao CBD (Commercial
Business District) in 2015, acknowledged by Shanghai government as Multinational Enterprise Headquarters, and manages all the Rheinmetall subsidiaries in China, including JVs and WOEFs.
The core competencies of the Rheinmetall Group include
reduction of pollution and fuel consumption; downsizing and friction minimization; as well as thermo-management and electro-mobility. Its product range encompasses exhaust gas recirculation and secondary air systems,
actuators, solenoid valves and pumps, pistons, engine blocks, structural components made of aluminum, and plain bearings. Furthermore, the company supplies electric drives for vehicles, aluminum housings for batteries and electric motors, as well as electrically powered pumps. Today Rheinmetall Automotive’s products can be found in passenger cars, light and heavy
commercial vehicles, all-terrain vehicles and large engines, e.g. for maritime applications.
