PBS / BC Training and Development
• In collaboration with the Education Managers, customize Brand training content to suit the
travelling consumers’ service and shopping expectations when in Hainan, while staying true to
the Brands’ DNA and guidelines.
• In-person and online facilitation of training sessions that focus on outstanding customer
experience delivery, brand services, product knowledge and selling skills to support brand
business strategy and marketing launches.
• Follow-up post training with in-store / counter coaching to ensure training effectiveness and
consistency of BCs’ service delivery to achieve business goals.
• Recommend and support needed improvements to training programmes and processes.
• Establish and maintain PBS / BCs’ grooming standards and adherence to the Brands image and guidelines.
• Support in the organisation of and facilitate training at annual BC Conference, Boot Camp or
virtual conferences.
• Responsible for all coordination, logistics and administrative work around training sessions
including liaising directly with operators, training setup / materials / collaterals / testers and
training gifts inventory upkeep, and uniforms.
• Work closely with Education Manager to keep all training and traveling expenses within
budget, costs are optimized, and compliance with all finance processes and guidelines.
• Provides support and expertise on other Education initiatives as directed by line managers.
Live Streaming & Event Support
• Collaborate with different functional teams [e.g. Marketing, Commercial etc] in the planning
of Hainan live-stream / VIP / Brand events.
• Provide support team in live-stream operations, [e.g. crafting live-stream dialogue, KOL and
Hosts briefing / co-hosting].
• Conduct event training to ensure PBS / BCs / Promoters can successfully work events and
maximize sales opportunities.
• Build a pool of PBS / BCs who will be ready and able to support Live streaming events when
activated.
• Keep abreast of other social selling and retailer / China market trends and make
recommendations.
• Execute other ad-hoc live-stream / events duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Degree in any discipline or higher education diploma in related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as beauty trainer or in a related industry
• Experience in beautician services or cosmetology, would be an advantage
• Minimum 1-year live-stream experience
• Open to working weekends and night, as per live-streaming schedules
• Independent, yet a team player with a passion for education
• Consumer-centric service mindset
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (Putonghua) is required for
classroom / event presentations and translation of materials into Simplified Chinese
• Open-minded, dynamic, organized, and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
• Frequent travelling is required [at least 50%]
