In this role, Cashier & FA Accountant will be responsible for daily operational cash management, fixed asset procedure and issue VAT invoice.
Main Accountabilities and Tasks:
- Cash receipt and payment including prepare online bank payment for vendors and employees.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Update cash flow forecast
- Maintain relationship with bank and answer bank related inquiries.
- Hedging with foreign currency and meet requirement from company treasury
- CAPEX management
- Fixed asset booking
- Yearly Fixed asset physical counting
- Disposal Fixed asset procedure
- Issue VAT invoice and exported invoice
- Other assignments from managements
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years related work experience,
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting/finance or related subjects,
- Proficient MS Office, incl. Excel,
- Excellent understanding of integrated ERP Language skills, particularly in Kingdee,
- Good written English and local language,
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally,
- Likes to work within defined processes and given instructions,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and Conscientious
