Job Requirement:
职位要求：
1. Fresh graduate or with job experienced, with Diploma / degree in Project Management, English or relevant discipline.
应届毕业或有工作经验，持有大学颁发的项目管理、英语或相关专业的文凭/学位。
2. Prefer 1-2 years experience in the Design/Build interior design industry. Candidate with more experience in retail projects will be considered as assistant project manager.
在设计/建筑室内设计行业有1-2年经验。有零售店项目经验者将可考虑担任项目助理经理优先。
3. Proactive and Lean work attitude, and good communicator.
积极主动、高效工作态度，良好的沟通能力。
4. Capable to handle multiple tasks.
能够处理多项任务。
5. Native Chinese with Good written / spoken business English.
母语为中文，具有良好的书面/口头商务英语能力。
6. Competency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
熟练使用MS Office，MS Project。初阶使用AutoCAD。
Job Description:
工作范围：
1. Assist on Project Manager in weekly basis.
协助项目经理每周工作。
2. Project management from feasibility study to completion of high-end retail store projects.
从可行性研究到高端零售店项目完成的项目管理。
3. Prepare overall project planning, design development, project management & co-ordination for smooth project implementation.
准备整体项目规划、设计深化、项目管理和协调，以确保项目顺利实施。
4. Lead production of interior design and MEP drawings for tendering process.
领导室内设计和机电工程图纸的制作，用于招标过程。
5. Communicate with Landlord and authorities for submissions, collaborate with contractors and vendors for drawing revision and construction.
与大楼和相关机构沟通提交事项，与承包商和供应商合作进行图纸修改及施工。
6. Monitor on-going production/Mock-up aligned with timeline and tracking closely with centralized materials production and transport schedule.
监督进行中的生产/打样工作确保与计划一致，并密切跟踪集中采购材料生产和运输时间，
7. Attend site meetings and monitor site progress and schedule.
参加现场会议，监督现场进度。
8. Set up FYI and payment follow up chart with details & tracking.
设置详细信息的问题清单及付款跟进表，并进行跟踪。
9. Handle other job-related duties & ad-hoc assignments.
处理其他与工作相关的职责和临时任务。
10. File all project documents (hard and soft copies) & set up a project database.
归档所有项目文件（实体和电子档），并建立项目数据库。
11. Prepare meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
准备会议纪要、演示文稿和表格。
