OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Fabernovel, an Ernst & Young company, is looking for a motivated and talented Project Executive to join its international team and develop a career path in Project Management in the field of driving organizational and cultural change. The Project Executive will support our global clients engaged in a corporate innovation program, powered by Ernst & Young in the following areas: learning expeditions, customized training and workshop, strategic advisory etc.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution - 50%
// Ensure the project task is completed in accordance to the briefed timeline, budget, and quality standards while complying with the client’s requests
// Assist in project management to ensure successful project completion and delivery

// Identify potential risks in projects and communicate timely with project manager to develop mitigation plans
// Coordinate with internal and external resources ensuring the client’s requirements and scope are met


Content Production - 30%
// Produce the briefing documents, keynotes, recaps, canvas for learning expeditions, workshops and other projects at briefed quality standards

// Conduct market research such as industry use cases and public available data
Partner Relationship Management - 10%
// Support project manager in pitch proposals

// Work and coordinate with industry partners on the preparation of the program sessions
// Communicate and coordinate with logistics vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects or sessions


Internal Project Optimization - 10%
// Support to maintain operational, logistical, and industry partner databases with precision
// Assist on the creation of standardized templates to be leveraged in future projects
IDEAL PROFILE

# Around one-year work experience in consulting, learning & development, change management, program coordination

# Previous working experience in luxury, beauty or FMCG is a plus
# Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must

# Be able to speak or present in public
# Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and is also a good team player
# Innovative, open-minded and curious about new things
# Demonstrate a Strong business and workplace ethics
# Resourceful with a keen eye for problem identification and solving
# Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to details
# A fast learner of cross-industry and cross-expertise knowledge
