Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on leads sent by the sales team, researching and qualifying potential clients, and generating new business opportunities for the company.

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:
• Follow up on leads sent by the sales team, including outbound calls and emails
• Conduct research on potential clients, including their business needs, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders
• Qualify potential clients to determine their suitability for the company's products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting qualified leads into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry events to generate leads and promote the company's products and services

Qualifications / Experience / Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5years of experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and information clearly and persuasively
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Willingness to travel in China, Europe and MEA as required
