Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering related Quote activities for new business pursuits
• Communicate quote needs to various functional areas within the company
• Analyze requirements (Customer and Internal)
• Interface with customer technical personnel contacts
• Create product concepts and develop the design for various electronic/ power products. Example : Controllers, High Voltage Inverter/ DCDC Converter/ On-Board Charger, BMS, etc.
• Create Bill of Materials for various electronic/ power electronic products
• Estimate engineering related project development costs such as people, capital, and expenses
• Develop new or select supporting power electronics circuits, power supplies, intelligent HSD or LSD driver circuits, I/O signal conditioning and filtering circuits
• Perform selection of power electronic components
• Apply engineering tools to perform design analysis and evaluation
• Follow engineering design process and product release procedures
• Create customer technical review presentations as needed
• Support various leadership communication meetings and documents
• Think of ways / methods to reduce cost

Requirements/ Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics/ Power Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years Electrical & Electronics engineering experience in industry
• Experience in power electronics design for hybrid electric vehicle applications (preferred)
• Experience with circuit schematic & PCB layout CAD tools
• Knowledge of power electronics circuits and operation for hybrid electric automotive applications
• Knowledge and familiarity with high voltage power semiconductor device technology such as Silicon IGBT, SiC MOSFETs
• Knowledge of electric and hybrid electric vehicle drive systems and applications
