Lead the sustainment of overall operational excellence activities' success. Support MOS/ Lean/continuous improvement process deployment across the value stream to drive SQDCP excellence and support the achievement of company business objectives.

• Support the operation strategic planning process and improvement initiative.
• Achieve CI commitment and target for productivity saving and operation improvement.
• Act as a resource to assist in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen, CI events, projects, tool deployment, benchmarking, etc.
• Conduct APIOA assessments, identify performance gaps, work through the leadership team.
• Share best practices, lessons learned, replication of successful projects throughout the company. to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps.
• Work with global functional council to lead the development and implementation of the company CI strategy, actions, and cross-functional activities.
• Drive value analysis and targeting to ensure focusing the proper projects and activities.

Skill/Competency
1. Passionate/Self-motivated – like to “build” instead of “maintain”
2. Strategic thinking (familiar with the strategic planning process)
3. Strong Problem-solving skills (The skill sets must have years of black belt experience from a well-reputation global company)
4. Mature inter-personal skills (direct experience with the peers of a cross-functional managers, as well work level staff)

6. Good at both Chinese and English communication
