Title: Industrial Process Consultant - IE

1, Support to develop business in Industrial Equipment Industry for accounts with Value Engagement
With PLM thinking, provide end to end solutions to accounts, applying Value Engagement methodology to accounts, support PSM and lead partner technical to deliver PLM value to customers in a sustainable way.

2, Industrial Equipment is one of the key industry to develop in China market. We'll reply on you to cover the IE key accounts. Across the LEVERAGE phases: presales support on proposal, presentation, SOW, demonstration, solution architect, IT architect, deployment, installation and project delivery support.

3, Presales & Project Management, Project Delivery; Industrial Equipment/High Tech Industry Know-how and PLM industry experience (10 years+).

4, Lead construction machinery, auto parts, electronics, medical equipment, large equipment, sanitary ware, elevator or other industry information system construction projects.

5, Participate to account strategy by providing business analysis inputs on customer (Business Model, Customer Value Model)

6, Create VALUE ENGAGEMENT consulting services SoW and execute assigned consulting missions.

7, Collect information through a variety of methods and tools (interviews, surveys, etc.)

8, Analyze and interpret data regarding customer weaknesses and problems, and identify the causes.

9, Formulate recommendations and solutions (proposed business processes) with supporting value evidences (KPIs and business case)

Key success factors
1, Bachelor degree or above.

2, 8+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions with good sales track record , related to CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM background are plus.

3, Good communication and coordination skills ,able to work and interact with customers, partners and all levels of an organization.

4, Language skill : English.
