资格/经验/技能-
• 商业、工程或相关领域的学士学位
• 3-5年项目管理、客户管理或相关领域的经验
• IT/数字服务经验优先考虑
• 卓越的沟通技巧，能够与来自不同文化和语言背景的客户和内部利益相关者有效沟通
• 强大的组织能力和同时管理多个项目和优先事项的能力
• 在跨职能团队环境中有效工作的能力
• 流利的英语和普通话
• 愿意根据需要经常前往中国、欧洲和中东地区。

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Solution Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects between China, MEA region and Europe, ensuring the smooth and timely execution of project deliverables, and maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders in China Europe and MEA region, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues to senior management as appropriate
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and key achievements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders in China and MEA, working to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships

Qualifications / Experience / Skills -
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, client management, or a related field
• IT/Digital Services experiences preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel frequently to China and Europe and MEA as required
