岗位职责
* 接待访客，通知相关工作人员到前台迎接,适时提供茶水服务
* 接听、转接电话，包括门店签收合同
* 负责公司信件和包裹的派送及与快递公司的联系
* 管理公共区域，办公设备（办公设备维护，绿植维护，清洁管理，物业沟通等）
* 办公易耗品采购及库存管理
* 行政费用管理以及PO（对账，请款，部门费用统计）
* 协助办公室行政副经理及人力资源部门组织协调办公室非定期活动及装饰
* 上级或经理们分派的其他行政事务
MISSION
* Greet and direct coming visitors, inform relevant staff and provide drink service if necessary.
* Answer and transfer incoming calls.
* Receive and deliver mail and goods.
* Manage public area, office facilities maintenance (office equipment, plants, cleaner management and communicate with property management company)
* Office consumables purchasing and stock management.
* Conference room management (booking, VC setup, facilities maintenance)
* Administration payment handling and PO (checking, request payout, cost statistic)
* Assist Office Admin and HR department to coordinate office activities and office decoration.
* Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor or managers.
任职要求
* 学历：本科及以上学历
* 工作经验：1-5年左右相关工作经验
* 专业知识：良好的英文读写能力；良好的办公软件应用能力
* 能力素质：良好的沟通及人际关系处理能力；耐心、细致、高效，具备服务意识；高度的责任心和积极主动的工作态度
PROFILE
* Education Background ：Bachelor degree or above
* Working Experience: 1- 5years experience as receptionist or in administration
* Professional knowledge and skills: A good command of written and spoken English ; Proficient in MS Office, including Words, Excel, PowerPoint and etc
* Competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Patient and efficient, detailed and service oriented ; High sense of responsibility, proactive and mature
