Responsibilities：

To support project management of different dealer system projects.
支持不同经销商系统项目的管理。

1) Collect & consolidate business requirement for D-flow and Omni project.
1）收集和整合D-flow和Omni项目的业务需求。

2) Support dealer & business department communication & engagement.
2）支持经销商和业务部门的沟通和参与。

3) Coordination with delivery teams for product design, development, testing & go-live arrangement.
3）与交付团队协调产品设计、开发、测试和上线安排。

4) Monitor delivery timeline, conduct issue & risk management.
4）监测交付时间表，进行问题和风险管理。

5) Support pilot & rollout arrangement with dealers & dealer groups.
5) 支持与经销商和经销商集团的试点和推广安排。

6) Training for dealers, support team and related stakeholders
6) 为经销商、支持团队和相关利益方提供培训。

Resource Requirement
要求

• Have success full cycle project experience of business (to B) system implementation/software development • project for automotive industry client in China.
有成功的全周期项目经验，为中国的汽车行业客户进行业务（to B）系统实施/软件开发。

• Project experience for automotive dealer business is a plus.
有汽车经销商业务的项目经验者优先。

• Project experience for automotive online platform / mid-platform is a plus.
有汽车在线平台/中间平台的项目经验者优先。

• At least 5 years software development / system implementation project experience as a role who manage the business requirements and communicate with stakeholders / user.
至少有5年的软件开发/系统实施项目经验，负责管理业务需求并与利益相关者/用户沟通。

• Project management experience of software development / system implementation project, including pilot & rollout management, is required.
需要有软件开发/系统实施项目的管理经验，包括试点和推广管理。

• Business knowledge of automotive retail business is required. Understand automotive dealer's business process.
需要有汽车零售业的业务知识。了解汽车经销商的业务流程。

• Business knowledge of automotive online business is optional.

• SCRUM project experience and knowledge is optional.
有SCRUM项目经验和知识是可选的。

• Global project experience is preferred.

• Able to speak both English and Chinese fluently.
中英文流利。
