Summary
The Lead Digital Solution Analyst, APR will assist the Director, GFO, APR in establishing a strong and robust internal controls environment, especially with regards to the simplification of financial data processing and expedite the financial reporting process for RA companies in the Asia Pacific Region (APR).
As the key regional contact person for the Finance Innovation Center, he/she will assess needs and priorities for automating and digitizing processes, leveraging tools such as Power BI and other components of the Power Platform. Additionally, they will actively implement and drive the digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
The specific responsibilities are as follows:
? Managing complex analytics processes to ensure smooth operations, identifying root causes and finding out solutions.
? Collaborating with the management and members of the APR GFO team to assess the needs and priorities regarding the automation and digitization of processes.
? Analyzing requirements and, based on them, defines, and creates technical solutions aimed at increasing efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and improving process quality.
? Collecting and washing large scale data to develop reports and providing valuable insights for internal and external decision.
? Independently identifies and recommends technologies for process improvements, both new and previously utilized.
? Actively searches for potential areas of enhancement.
? Leads projects focused on automating, simplifying, and standardizing departmental work.
? Being able to perform variance result analysis, digging into details and communicating results timely.
? Providing professional and advisory support to internal customers in meeting the company strategic goals.
? Developing effective program and application with RA Innovation Center on finance digitalization.
? Participating in ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
? Possess a minimum of a bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or Computer Science ;
? Experience in big data cleaning and wrangling as well as simple analytical processing
? Solid analytical skills and a proactive willingness to learn new technologies.
? A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in both Accounting/Finance. Data & process analytics.
? Have good working experience in Power BI and other components of Power Platform.
? Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 components and facilitating collaboration among those tools, with a particular emphasis on SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams
? Experience in process automatization
? A keen problem solver, being able to offer alternative solutions to problems identified;
? Possess excellent documentation and communication skills;
? Ability to relate well to people from all levels of seniority (eg. staff members, mid level and high level management staff);
? Fluent in English
