Roles And Responsibilities
1. Develop and explore business opportunities: maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients and explore potential clients.
2. Accountability for achieving sales target per the sales plan and sales budget on new business
3. Plan approaches and pitches by working with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs and objectives - take lead to develop a customer focused business.
4. To follow up on marketing campaigns to promote new solutions to clients;
5. Leverage internal resources for solution offering and to ensure efficient solution delivery;
6. Work closely with project manager and delivery team to come out with technical and commercial proposals;
7. Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement.
8. Act as a brand ambassador within the digital community, including writing articles, blog posts, and providing thought leadership to the local programmatic community.
Other Responsibilities
1. To accurately track and manage sales revenue, including forecasting and reporting.
2. Be a team player and show openness to being asked to participate in projects or tasks that may be outside daily responsibilities

Required skills & qualifications:
1. With at least 10 years of experiences in ads/digital marketing, solution business engagement and sales.
2. Proven account and project management abilities
3. Ability to work independently and to achieve success based on your own initiative
4. Strong presentation skills, including crafting the story, writing the deck and communicating the message to the client or partner
5. Strong leadership and able to work well under great pressure;
6. Client focus with strong motivation to meet and exceed Clients' expectations;
7. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
8. Be proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
9. Service experience to large clients is preferred.
