Responsibilities:
1. Finds competitive solutions for the clients within the capabilities of Kolmeks
-Focus on the “business making” and creating new sales opportunities.
-Focus on one Kolmeks approach.
-Focus on best practices in sales and customer relations.
2.Coordination and development of sales
-Pro-actively developing initiatives and opportunities into business revenue.
- Communicate customer requirements with engineering, manufacturing, quality and logistics departments to agree on, e.g. delivery dates or production, technical or quality queries.
-Co-operation and sharing best practices with the colleagues.
- Coordinate and communicate with group and local business controlling functions.
3. Participation in strategic discussions with the customers with the objective to create sales
- Directing customer cooperation and development input to the strategically important areas.
- Binding the customers to long-term co-operation with help of commercial and technical support and solutions. Responsible for local agreements and renewals.
- Looks for long-term satisfaction and benefits to the customer. Acts as a trusted advisor; becomes involved in customer's decision-making process.
4. Responsible of local RFQ handling, pricing and offering
- Reserving resources for important RFQs to increase hit rate by right focus.
- Supporting cost calculation process and prepare for pricing and offering.
- Ensuring the technically and financially right methods for calculation and pricing are used.
-Communicates and agrees on pricing with SD.
5. Competition, market and customer information
- Works with a long-term perspective readily adjusting the changing demands and anticipating future expectations of the competition, market and the customers.
- Reporting monthly RFQ data and sales results to SD.
- Collecting and utilizing competitor, market and customer information in CRM system.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
6. Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 8 years experience in account management.
3. Profound understanding of sales and manufacturing (machining, electrical motors and supply chain).
4. Excellent communicator (internal/external) and presentation skills in Chinese and English
5. Ability to establish customer relationship via networking
6. Ability to meet the present expectations and anticipate the future expectations of the clients
7. Readily adjusting priorities to respond to pressing and changing client demands.
8. Keeping customers continuously satisfied with the services, products and solutions provided.
