职位概述
· Develop and explore business opportunities: maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients and explore potential clients;
· Assesses client IT service needs and makes recommendations;
· Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch solution, service, and combination packages to clients
· Deliver effective presentations and solution proposals;
· Participate in business negotiations and close deals both individually and as a team;
· To follow up on marketing campaigns to promote new solutions to clients;
· Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery team to come out with technical and commercial proposals;
· Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement.
岗位职责
· Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
· With at least 4-5 years of experiences in IT services, solution business engagement and sales;
· Works for IT consultancies, or technology solutions organisations with proven track record of selling professional services and exceeding sales targets;
· Proactive, client focus with strong motivation to meet and exceed Clients' expectations;
· Effective and smooth communication skills with Clients, colleagues and vendors at all levels;
· Fluent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese;
· Experience in Microsoft solutions and products is a plus;
· Service experience to large clients is preferred.
