职责描述：
1. Organizational Development
-Manage activities for evaluating the organizational structure of the company to ensure that the existing organizational structure meets the needs of the company.
-Ensure availability of Job Description for each position.
2.Selection, Recruitment & Employment
-Create policies and procedures concerning HR needs, selection and recruitment processes.
-Implment HR planning according to the needs of each Department.
-Implment and supervise the selection and recruitment process as planned.
-Evaluate the course of the recruitment process regularly.
3.Training
-Identify needs and develop training programs.
-Control the implementation of training.
-Ensure that the training program at a later stage will help employees dev
elop their careers.
4.Compensation & Benefits
-Supervise compensation & benefits systems and facilities to be provided to employees.
-Recommend to the Board of Directors about compensation & benefits / facilities that are appropriate for employees.
-Conduct regular evaluations of compensation & benefits / facilities.
5. General Affairs
- Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
-Conduct a survey of the level of satisfaction of the services provided to all employees / units within the company for the purpose of improving the quality / quality, accuracy and speed of services provided.
-Prepare monthly reports for the purposes of budget meetings, financial reports on assets and office expenses.
6.Performance Management & Career Planning
-Together with the directors and each manager compile a success indicator (KPI) of each Department according to the company's target to be
achieved.
-Develop Career Planning.
-Formulating the Development Program
- Perform performance monitoring and evaluation in all departments.
任职要求：
1. Min. Bachelor/Master Degree of Management, Psychology
2.Min. 5 years in the position of Human Resources
